The 136 Sherborne Street project offers six (fee simple titled) two and three bedroom units on 1050m2in Central Christchurch.  The land was purchased with 2 standalone houses which were subsequently demolished. 
 

External cladding was Cedar, Trimdek and titan board on a rib raft foundation.  Interiors included stone bench tops, Haro engineered wooden flooring, open tread staircases, glass balustrades and showers.
