180 Peterborough Street was Penko’s first project. It comprised 15 Unit titled one and two bedroom apartments on 1539m2 in Central Christchurch. Construction was tilt slab panels upon an engineer designed screw-pile foundation. This was the second multi-unit development to be built in the Christchurch City Centre after the Earthquakes of 2011.
