This project involves one of the former Tait Electronic Buildings.  The 1.3 Hectare site was master planned, maximising car parks, adding new planting and outdoor areas. The addition of a café adds an instant attraction for local businesses.  The building refit comprised an internal demolition and replacing of exterior windows to double glazing, air conditioning, new ceilings, bathrooms and floor coverings.
